[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Peenya Industries Association (PIA) will hold a Mega Job Mela. According to Sri. R. Krishnamurthy, President, PIA, nearly 100 industries are 
expected to put up individual stalls at the Mega Job Mela. The industries will represent a wide spectrum ranging from micro, small and medium enterprises, including large industries, PSUs, and MNCs and will cover almost all Sectors such as engineering, machine tools, fabrication, foundry, garments, IT and ITeS, electronics, manufa-cturing, etc.
“We would like to urge all Engineering Colleges and educational institutions to take part in the Job Mela in large numbers,” said Sri R.Krishnamurthy. “There will be job offers for SSLC, Graduates, Post-Graduates, Engineers, apart from ITI, Diploma, and PUC pass even fail SSLC candidate can also attend this job Mela.”
“Many industries in Peenya Industrial Area and surrounding Industrial Estates are facing a huge scarcity of Skilled workers,” the PIA President informed. “We therefore decided to take this initiative of organizing a Mega Job Mela as this can significantly help to meet the shortage of labor. We are working with the participating Industries to ensure Jobs are provided on the spot at the Mela, by conducting interviews, etc at the Mela itself. We appeal to the youths and Job-seekers to come with all the related records, such as Degree certificate, Address proof, etc to ensure on the spot clearance of all applications.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
