Schunk started out in 1945 by Friedrich Schunk as a mechanical workshop. This company, under the leadership of Heinz-Dieter Schunk, is now competent and world market leader in clamping technology and gripping systems. Today, the third generation siblings Henrik A. Schunk and Christina I. Schunk run the company.
Schunk has about 3,400 employees in nine plants and 33 subsidiaries as well as distribution partner in more than 50 countries.

Schunk grippers – the broadest range of standard gripper components on the market. Schunk’s entire gripping system program comprises more than 4,000 components.

well-known car brands and their suppliers.
